Shipping Policy
- In-stock items are shipping from Plainfield, IL
- Speciality items will ship from the manufacturer.
- We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For our special and pre-ordered items, we start the process within 2-3 business days from the time they land in our inventory.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you'll will receive a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder.
- If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order. Please contact us via service@caninishop.com right away. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@caninishop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
